Let's Start the Conversation

Whether you have a question, a story to share, or are ready to find your North—I’m listening.
A note on my response time.

We live in a world of urgent pings, instant notifications, and 24/7 availability.
That is not the world I am building here.

I practice what I preach. To serve my clients deeply and honor my own "wild wise home," I am not glued to my inbox.

I treat email like "snail mail"—with intention and care. I typically check and respond to messages three times a week.

If you don’t hear back immediately, please know I haven’t forgotten you. I’m just creating the space to give you a thoughtful reply.

How can I help you wayfind?
  • I’m interested in 1:1 Wayfinding. (I’m ready to do the work).

  • Speaking / Corporate Workshops. (Bring this to my team).

  • Media / Podcast Interview. (Let’s chat about the messy middle).

  • Just saying hello! (I want to share a win or a realization).

Don’t just tell me your job title. Tell me where you are on your map.

Before You Type...
  • "Can I pick your brain over coffee?"

    • I pour all my "brain picking" insights into my Soul North Wayfinding Blog and my Wayfinding Program If you are looking for specific guidance on your situation, please apply for a 1:1 Wayfinding session.

  • "Do you accept insurance?"

    • I am not a therapist, and this is not clinical therapy. This is strategic coaching and somatic wayfinding. However, many corporate clients successfully expense this to their employers as "Leadership Development."

  • "Where are you located?"

    • My practice is digital-first (Zoom), allowing me to work with women worldwide. I am physically based in remote country, exploring the local woods.

Other Places to Find Me:

If you aren't ready to send an email yet, come hang out where the conversation is already happening.

  • LinkedIn: Where I discuss the "Corporate" side—burnout, leadership, and the success penalty.

  • Instagram: Where I share the "Soul" side—visual reminders to breathe, nature notes, and the reality of the messy middle.

  • The Newsletter: The only place I share personal essays and tools I don’t post on social media.
